English: ATLANTIC OCEAN (May 20, 2009) Aboard the aircraft carrier USS George H.W. Bush (CVN 77) Deck Department personnel in a Rigid Hull Inflatable Boat (RHIB) are lifted out of the water after retrieving "Oscar" the mannequin, during a man overboard drill.
