English: NEW ORLEANS (Nov. 5, 2009) Rear Adm. Vic Guillory speaks at Holy Cross School in New Orleans. Guillory graduated from Holy Cross and spoke at his alma mater during a scheduled New Orleans Navy Week event. Navy Weeks are designed to show Americans the investment they have made in their Navy and increase awareness in cities that do not have a significant Navy presence.
