English: NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (Sept. 10, 2009) Chief Aviation Ordnanceman (Sel.) Randall Kemp, right, assigned to Naval Brig Norfolk, and Chief Electronics Technician (Sel.) Shane Kelly, assigned to NATO Atlantic Command, clean the propeller of the ironclad replica USS Monitor at the Mariners' Museum. More than 15 chief petty officer selectees from various commands at Naval Support Activity Norfolk participated in a community service project at the museum.
