English: ARABIAN GULF (July 21, 2011) A simulated mine shape is recovered and craned aboard the mine counter-measure ship USS Gladiator (MCM 11) after being used as a training aid to perform mine counter-measure training. Gladiator crew members are assigned to Mine Counter-measures Squadron (HM) 5, Task Force 52, supporting mine counter-measure operations in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
