(July 23, 2011) Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, NMCB-5, NMCB-40 and the 31st Seabee Readiness Group stand in formation during the opening ceremony of Seabee Days 2011 at the Port Hueneme ceremonial grinder.
