English: PHNOM PENH, Cambodia (Oct. 21, 2011) Musician 2nd Class James Brownell, assigned to the U.S. 7th Fleet Band, Orient Express, plays for students at the Secondary School of Fine Arts. The band is visiting Cambodia as part of Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) 2011.
