English: SAN ANTONIO, Texas (Oct. 26, 2001) Rear Adm. Eleanor Valentin, commander of the Navy Medicine Support Command and director of the Medical Service Corps, visits with a veteran patient at the Audrey L. Murphy V.A. Medical Center. Valentin toured the facility during San Antonio Navy Week. Navy weeks are intended to show the investment Americans have made in their Navy and increase awareness in cities that do not have a significant Navy presence.
