English: SAN DIEGO (Oct, 28, 2011) Friends and family members welcome the guided-missile destroyer USS Howard (DDG 83) as the ship returns to Naval Base San Diego after a seven-month deployment to the U.S. 7th and 5th Fleet areas of responsibility.
