English: YAP, Federated States of Micronesia (Jan. 25, 2012) Navy Diver 1st Class Jeremy Wagner, assigned to Mobile Dive and Salvage Unit (MDSU) 1, Company 17, embarked aboard the rescue and salvage ship USNS Safeguard (T-ARS 50) holds up a patch he prepared for divers patching holes in the deck of the abandoned Merchant Vessel Cecilia. Cecilia has blocked the harbor in Yap since running aground during a storm in 1997, and is being refloated and cleared at the request of the local government.
