English: CALLAO, Peru (Jan. 27, 2012) Steelworker 2nd Class Rejuny Caswell, assigned to Navy Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 23 embarked aboard High Speed Vessel (HSV 2) Swift, drills anchor holes into a pre-fabricated wall frame for a wall at Escuela Commodore in Zona De Acapulco. NMCB-23 is working with Navy and Marine combat engineers from Base Naval De Callao and Brigada Infanteria De Marina De Ancon, as part of Southern Partnership Station 2012. The Seabees and engineers will spend three weeks refurbishing schools in the area. Southern Partnership Station is an annual deployment of U.S. Navy ships and assets to the U.S. Southern Command area of responsibility in the Caribbean, Central and South America.
