Deutsch: Unertlstraße 1-8; Wohnanlagen an der Unertlstraße im Abschnitt zwischen Moltke- und Viktoriastraße, geschlossene Straßenrandbebauung von Mietshäusern mit Vorgärten und städtebaulich hervorgehobenen Eckbauten, Mitte der zwanziger Jahre für die Mittelstandsbaugenossenschaft Schwabing (Südseite) und die Bayer. Wohnhausbau- und Eigenheimgesellschaft (Nordseite) in zwei Bauabschnitten errichtet, stilistisch aber angeglichen. Südseite: Einheitliche Baugruppe an der Unertlstraße 1 und 3 mit Moltkestraße 11, viergeschossig, mit Mansardwalmdach, abgestaffelten Treppenhaustürmen und Sichtziegeldekor in Art-Deco-Manier an Erkern und Türgewänden, nach Plänen von Hanns Atzenbeck von 1925 mit Tekturen von 1928 (Gustav von Cube und G. Persch); Unertlstraße 5, 7 und Viktoriastraße 30 gleichartig, mit geputzten Art-Deco-Motiven und nach unten spitz zulaufenden Flacherkern, nach Plänen von Hanns Atzenbeck von 1925. Nordseite: Einheitliche Baugruppe an der Unertlstraße 2, 4, 6, 8 mit Viktoriastraße 32, 34, dreigeschossig, mit Mansardwalmdach, turmartigen Erkervorbauten und geputzten Art-Deco-Motiven, nach Plänen von 1925 durch das Baugeschäft Heilmann und Littmann. |
