    TAMPA, Fla. - Coast Guard Cutter Sea Dog, a newly-designed 87-foot coastal patrol boat, transits Tampa Bay May 6 during sea trials. The Sea dog is scheduled to be commissioned May 25 and will be homeported in Kings Bay, Ga.
