Slovenščina: Področje poneverb ribiških proizvodov postaja v zadnjih letih pomembna tema predvsem zaradi povečanega povpraševanja po morski hrani ter zaradi prelovljenih ribolovnih virov. Ribiška panoga je zelo občutljiva na poneverbe v celotni oskrbni verigi od ulova in akvakulture do potrošnika. Med njimi so najpogostejše zamenjave vrst: nenamerne zaradi velike podobnosti vrst in težke taksonomske določitve ali namerne, da se prikrije ilegalni ribolov ali da se proda manj kakovostne vrste kot bolj kakovostne. |
