Official name in 2023: Makó Member Institute of the Csongrád County Pedagogical Service AND Kozmutza Flóra Primary and Vocational School Pápay Endre Kindergarten, Primary School, Vocational School, Dormitory and Unified Special Education Methodological Institution. History: In Makó, in 1948 starteed the special education with special school classes in Makó Deák Ferenc Street and the Szegedi Street Primary Schools. On March 1, 1951, it became an independent institution under the name of Makó State Special Education School. From September 1, 1954, the school developed into a boarding institution and became a Makó Special Education Education Institute. In around 1991, after 3 years of construction, the renovated, expanded school building and the new student residence and sports field were handed over. In June 1999 the school took the name of our former principal, Endre Pápay. From September 1, 2011, the institution became a member institution of the Kozmutza Flóra Primary School, Vocational School. - 1-3 Vásárhelyi Street, Street, Makó, Csongrád-Csanád County, Hungary.
