Description
Svenska: Västen är sydd i silvertyg, rakt skuren med två framstycken och hög ståndkrage á 90 mm. Två bakstycken i vit sidenatlas. Knäppning fram med femton knappar, runda, ca 8mm i diameter klädda i silvertråd svarade mot 2o mm långa sydda knapphål. Korta sprund nertill i sidsömmen liksom i nacken i mittsömmen. I framstyckernas nederkant, på vardera sida, sitter det vertikalt påsydda ficklock, under dessa sitter det tre stycken knappare (se ovan). Västen är garnerad med sliverspetsar. Spetsen följer hela kragen och fortsätter sedan ner längs med kantslån och sedan längs med nederkanten av framstyckerna. Ej på ryggen. Fodrad med vit sidenatls. Enligt Gudrun Ekstrands bok "Kröningsdräkter" skall det även vara ett mellanfoder av vadd.
