Description
English: Sankalp, a Special Education and Advisory Centre for children with ‘special needs’, being run under the aegis of Navy Wives Welfare Association (NWWA), at Nausena Baugh, Visakhapatnam, celebrated its 25th Annual Day with a vibrant display of talent at the Samudrika Naval Auditorium on Thursday, 5 March 2015. Vice Admiral Satish Soni, Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Eastern Naval Command was the Chief Guest at the event, and Mrs. Payal Soni, President, NWWA (Eastern Region) was the Guest of Honour.
