中文：副總統陳誠先生展開在越南共和國的訪問行程 副總統陳誠到訪越南的戰略邑(村)，越方在四周圍有越南國旗圖樣布條的亭子內，報告推行戰略邑(村)的經驗。(註：戰略邑(村)，越戰時期，越南總統吳廷琰所推行的戰略計畫之一。將民眾集中管理，房舍周圍設多道屏障，有尖樁地帶、壕溝、土牆、地雷帶等，出入口皆有哨兵把守。目的在防止南越民眾武裝和與共產黨的聯繫)
