Description
English: ECFP/FRET video of a HeLa cell expressing pmPAS during migration. The assay was run at 37°C with a humidified 5% CO2 atmosphere in fully supplemented culture medium. The scale bar indicates 20 µm. The ECFP/FRET ratio was coded according to the indicated pseudocolor scale. The video represents 3 h 40min of the assay (images were taken every 5 min).
