English: A Rottenführer (middle) has unexpectedly been seated next to Obergruppenführer Gottlob Berger (right), who has just decorated him with the Germanic Proficiency Runes in silver. The decoration sits below (and for him to the right of) his Deutsches Reichssportabzeichen (DRL). To the left a local Obersturmbannführer is seated.
