Description

"Waiting for the pieces to fall into place", by Erik Pevernagie , 100 x 80 cm, oil on canvas x

Meditation means stirring the pool of the lame ducks in our minds and removing the slurry in the stagnant water of our thoughts.

Life can be a mysterious puzzle, a game with incongruent sequences, strange episodes, and unwritten stories.

It is an intricate play with actors waiting for an explanation. Each adjoined act confers a new interpretation of the story.

Life is a story full of expectations, and each new performance and each piece gives a new definition to the message of the tale. We perceive the world through the rear window of life, observe all the puzzles and little pieces of our existence, and assemble them in a comprehensive pattern. This allows us to reassess and evaluate our worldview.

When a relationship shows red flags and a new life composition needs to be fashioned, it is essential to take stock of all the “life pieces” that must be moved as protection against irreparable breakages caused by emotional disputes.

The future may brighten up unexpectedly if the tired ducks in our minds and the puzzling pieces of our life receive new targets.
