Deutsch: Das Wappen entstammt einem Gerichtssiegel Adolfsecks von 1746. Die Schindeln und der Löwe stehen für die Grafen von Nassau, insbesondere für Graf Adolf I. von Nassau-Wiesbaden-Idstein, dieser gründete den Ort mit dem Bau der Burg Adolfseck und verlieh dem Ort seinen Namen. Die Tingierung entspricht der des Wappens des Hauses Nassau. |
