A few Haringey residents seem to view a street litter bin as an informal collection point for rubbish and waste.

Maybe they think that as the litter bin was stuffed full, sooner or later Veolia (Haringey Council's waste contractors) will be coming along to empty it. So do they assume Veolia will be pleased to take another bag?
