Deutsch: Villa des Bauunternehmers Johannes Seipp, mit welcher der auch sein Leistungsvermögen darbot. Errichtet um die Jahrhundertwende. Umfangreicher Sichtklinkerbau aus hellem, kleinteiligem Material und mit farblich abgesetzten Friesen und Gewänden aus Formsteinen. Die Risalite haben vortretende Satteldächer mit recht aufwendigen Sprengwerkgiebeln und kleinen Visierhelmen. An der Nordseite dreistöckige Loggia. Die meisten Häuser in der Nachbarschaft der Bismarckstraße 20, darunter sein eigenes, errichtete um 1900 der einheimische Bauunternehmer Johannes Seipp (Bismarckstraße Nr. 15, 17, 18, 20). Stil- und Geschmacksrichtungen führten zu unterschiedlichen, manchmal entgegengesetzten Lösungen, wie etwa bei den Bauten Bismarckstraße Nr. 18 und Nr. 13 aus dem Jahre 1908. Die kleine Gesamtanlage ist ein wichtiger Teil der städtebaulichen Entwicklung Weilburgs.
