Description Patio of Wells House, Wenatchee, Washington. Built in 1909 for W. T. Clark, the house is on the National Register of Historic Places. Now operated by Wenatchee Valley College (whose campus is on the adjacent land that was Clark's estate) and owned by an alumni group.
