Deutsch: Bundespräsident Alexander Van der Bellen als Redner beim „Fest der Freude“ am 8. Mai 2022 auf dem Heldenplatz im 1. Wiener Gemeindebezirk Innere Stadt: [1].
Das „Fest der Freude“ wurde 2013 als Gegenveranstaltung des „Burschenschaftergedenkens anlässlich des Weltkriegsendes“ ins Leben gerufen und wird jährlich vom Mauthausen Komitee organisiert. Mitwirkende waren neben Van der Bellen die Wiener Symphoniker unter dem israelischen Dirigent Lahav Shani, die israelische Opernsängerin Chen Reiss und die austroamerikanische Zeitzeugin Erika Freeman. Als Moderatorin fungierte Katharina Stemberger und als Gebärdensprachdolmetscherin Sabine Zeller. English: Festival of Joy (Fest der Freude) in Vienna 2022. |
