Description
English: Wightbus 5828 (R303 BDL), a Mercedes-Benz Vario O814/UVG, in the High Street, Shanklin, Isle of Wight, seen unusually on route 16 which is normally operated with its own dedicated vehicle in a special livery. From 5 September 2010, route 16 was withdrawn completely. The St Lawrence - Ventnor section was replaced by the extension of very limited service 31 (meaning the 31's existing section received an even more limited service), and the Ventnor - Shanklin railway station link was replaced by Southern Vectis route 3 being diverted to call in at the station forecourt.
