English: Regional Education Development Programme. The main purpose of this project is to decentralize the educational facilities which exist at the Centre by establishing pilot regional educational centres. The first two are at Kandahar and Mezer-i-Sherif where they assist the Government in the training of teachers and in the introduction of new teaching methods and techniques. The project is supported by the United Nations Development Programme and the executive agency is UNESCO. The Zerghuna Ana Girls School in Kandahar.
Français : Programme de développement régional de l'enseignement. Le but principal de ce projet est de créer des centres-pilotes régionaux afin de décentraliser l'enseignement. Les deux premiers ont été établis à Kandahar et Masar-i-Sharif où ils assistent le Gouvernement pour la formation des maîtres et où ils contribuent à l'introduction de nouvelles méthodes et techniques éducatives. Le Programme des Nations Unies pour le Développement appuie ce projet et l'UNESCO en est l'agent d'exécution. L'Ecole de filles Zerghuna Ana à Kandahar.
