Description

Al Capone had front row seats at Wrigley Field. A conversation between Capone and Chicago Cubs' catcher Gabby Hartnett which appeared in the newspapers lead to a league ban on players talking to fans.

John Dillinger hung out here in 1934 while hiding from the police. Captain John Stege of the Dillinger Squad was also attending the same game that day.

Frank "Lefty" Rosenthal who ran Las Vegas casinos on behalf of the Chicago mob learned to handicap games in the bleachers of Wrigley.
