Description
Deutsch: Wuppertal, Wohnquartier Heckinghausen, Bockmühle 77. Vor dem roten Haus kreuzen sich Bockmühle (Richtung Barmen und Langerfeld auf der Wegweisertafel) und Lenneper Straße (Richtung Heckinghausen auf der Wegweisertafel). Hier befand sich zu Zeiten des schienengebundenen lokalen ÖPNVs in Wuppertal eine Wendeschleife der Straßenbahn samt Haltestelle, der die Arbeiter aus den umliegenden Fabriken, namentlich Tor 5 des Werkes der Bemberg AG zum Schichtwechsel zuströmten, wobei sie noch auf dem Werksgelände die Ziegelstein-Bögen der Bockmühlbrücke (heute: Eisenbahnbrücke Rauental) der Eisenbahnstrecken nach Beyenburg und Remscheid unterquerten. Von Tor 5 sowie den umgebenden Betriebsbauten ist nichts geblieben, das leere Werksgelände allerdings durch einen stabilen Zaun gesichert.
