Deutsch: Wuppertal, Wohnquartier Elberfeld-Mitte, Rathaus Elberfeld, Fassade zur Friedrichstraße, neogotische Wimperg-Fialen-Kombination als dekoratives Gerüst für die Büste einer jungen Frau, die in allegorischer Manier ein Banner präsentiert, damit allerdings nicht einen der üblichen abstrakten Begriffe versinnbildlicht (wie z.B. in Gerichtsgebäuden Gerechtigkeit oder in Kirchen Glaube, Liebe, Hoffnung), sondern mit dem Hinweis "EIN=FAHRT" eine rein deskriptiv-funktionale Aufgabe übernimmt.
