Description
Deutsch: Wuppertal, Wupper östlich der Adlerbrücke, Störstein in Form der jungen Elefantendame Tuffi, die im Jahre 1950 an dieser Stelle aus der Schwebebahn in den Fluss fiel. Aufnahme vom rechten, nördlichen Wupperufer aus.
Von der "Jahrhundertflut" vom 14. Juli 2021 wurde die Skulptur von ihrem Sockel gespült und einige Meter mitgerissen. Sie trug (ganz wie die echte Tuffi) nur ein paar kleine Schrammen davon sowie den hier sichtbaren feinen Riss durch den unteren Teil des Kopfes. Die Steinbrocken hinter ihr sollen Schwemmmaterial ablenken.
