Some suggestions

Hello, this is a great map, pretty useful for a variety of articles, however, it could use some corrections to become a more accurate representation of 16th century trade routes. In its current form, the map makes it seem as if Spanish trade reached Lima from Acapulco, via Cartagena. In fact, while there was a lively trade between Callao (Lima´s port) and Acapulco, the official link with Spain went from Seville through Havana and Portobelo (in what nowadays is Panama) to Callao as you can see in many books, for example this one page 97-98. It would be nice if this link was shown in the map as well as the location of Portobelo which was, throughout the colonial period, a much more important trade hub than, for instance, Cartagena. --Victor12fromWikipedia (talk) 14:26, 30 August 2011 (UTC)

Misspellings and mislocations

Thanks for the work putting this together. Here are three corrections.

1. Seville is misspelled and landlocked

2. Recife is misplaced in Brazil (it is here on Google Maps) the location on this map is Rio de Janeiro)

3. Manila is too far North on Luzon.
