Regarding the full Coat of Arms, I am planning on requesting it's creation by user:Sodacan, who does amazing work. For the shield itself, since user:Zscout has found an intermediary to work off of, I can give multiple sources to use for any alterations, such as it's depictions on websites by the PEI government, the Provincial Order, reliefs, and on Gold Bullion upon request.
