Again: That's not relevant for copyright and for Commons. The photographer may have violated his entry-"contract" with the museum, but that does not concern copyright. --Túrelio (talk) 16:27, 10 December 2009 (UTC)
Did I mention "copyright" this time? What I'm tryin' to say is: uploader has no rights to publish this photograph anywhere in the public space (incl. commons) because he has not obtained "permission from the Museum" to do so.
