According to Commons policy, there is no requirement for reliable sources for the files/ /iamges/ flags stored in the Commons. However, as all Wikipedia projects require reliable sources, I must point out that there are no such sources for this flag.
In conclusion: This flag does not have reliable sourcing therefore, it is inappropriate for use in any wikipedia project. --FocalPoint (talk) 18:45, 16 August 2015 (UTC)
