According to the Saifuddin Azizi description of the East Turkestan Republic, there are two kinds of flags used by the Republic. One is a white star and moon on the green floor, and the other written Shahada with gold powder. So the flag at the bottom of the blue is obviously wrong, and the Turkic Muslims have traditionally used green, such as the Turkmen flag.
