Delphi234 and Ro4444. Chart is seriously incorrect. See the source, the FRED chart:
Starting with the peak in the mid 1950s look at the middle 1950s through around 1983. Real wages in that section in the FRED chart are higher than real wages throughout the 2010s.

- Timeshifter - I just went ahead and updated the chart through December 2019. In regards to your question though, I'm not sure where you're seeing the discrepancy? The Commons and FRED charts use slightly different numerators for the CPI-U adjustment (this one uses the unadjusted Dec 2019 figure, while the FRED chart appears to utilize the seasonally-adjusted Nov 2018 rate), but otherwise they look to be pretty consistent. Both show the period between the mid-1950s and 1983 as mostly being higher than the period from 2009-today, with the exception of parts of 1960, 1961 & 1974 falling slightly below parts of 2009/10, so that appears to be fine. - Ro4444. Can you please make a separate chart, but use only sources used by FRED? That can better be used in articles since it is official government data, adjusted for everything they adjust it for. --Timeshifter (talk) 22:13, 26 January 2020 (UTC)
