This image is not free. It is copyrighted by Stadtarchiv Witten. I uploaded it and I was wrong. --Reclus (talk) 11:42, 14 April 2015 (UTC)
- DR was kept. Removing the license and putting a speedy tag on the image is not okay. This is probably an (pseudo)-anonymous work an those are copyrighted 70 years after they are published for the fisrt time. The change that this file is copyrighted by Stadtarchiv Witten is really, really low. Perhaps there is some kind of publication right but the reason wy it was nominated for deletion is wrong and to incomplete to justify deletion. Natuur12 (talk) 12:01, 14 April 2015 (UTC)
