Image needs to be public-domain

For accessibility to the visually impaired, the English Wikipedia needs this image to be public-domain; see en:Template talk:Portal #Remove link from image, for accessibility. I asked the original uploader to relicense, but he doesn't visit Wikipedia often. The design of the image is clearly simple enough to be unprotectible, so I'm planning to replace the detailed expression of this image with a public-domain version that I can generate myself from scratch. Protection level

{{Edit request}} As often with files needing protection, it got ([Edit=Allow only administrators] (indefinite) [Move=Allow only administrators] (indefinite) [Upload=Allow only administrators] (indefinite)).
While the protection for Move and Upload seems well done, the Edit should be reduced for all these files to confirmed users, or at least to template editors.
Even the worst edits cannot do any harm, so I see no reason why it should not be allowed! -- sarang♥사랑 07:06, 4 September 2019 (UTC)
