Missing countries on this map edit
@Delphi234: Several small countries are completely absent from this map, including the Solomon Islands and many Caribbean countries. Will it be possible to create a better version of this map? Jarble (talk) 06:19, 8 August 2015 (UTC)
- Yes but it will need to be based on a map that has a much higher resolution. On this map some of those countries would only be a few pixels. Delphi234 (talk) 08:29, 8 August 2015 (UTC)
I can not tell the difference between 2 of the colors edit

- That is definitely better than the current colors. The color scheme I initially proposed may cause difficulties due to the similarity of light gray and light yellow. And they are in different ranges. Not next to each other in the legend.
- See Spectrum. See this this world map:
- http://www.numbeo.com/crime/gmaps_rankings_country.jsp - The green to red part of the legend line is similar to the upper range of your legend. You added blue and indigo.
- To widen the range, light blue could be added between blue and green in your legend. Black could be added after indigo.
- Light gray for no data causes problems due to similarity to pastel colors. Maybe some kind of cross-hatching might be used for no data. --Timeshifter (talk) 18:24, 19 November 2015 (UTC)
