Use of only reverse side of jersey

In its current state, the copyright license should be changed to: Non-free use media rationale - non-free logo. However if only the reverse side of the jersey is used, would it then be considered a free image for Wikimedia? --Amineshaker (talk) 15:44, 1 September 2008 (UTC)
