@77.180.113.125: De rien ! No, my tool only allow to global move for renamings I done at the same time. I searched on the CommonsDelinker bot page about .png --> .svg and I read "To avoid World War III, CommonsDelinker will ignore a command to replace an image if the new image is svg and the original is not". So, it seems that it can be only amnually done (but there is a section to request manual replacement).
