Wording of yellow color

I wonder what means "OK until a certain period of time, not OK after that", shouldn't this be "Not OK until a certain period of time, OK after that"? --Liuxinyu970226 (talk) 06:36, 26 May 2021 (UTC)

@Liuxinyu970226: Sorry for the late review of this discussion. Change the meaning of yellow to allow except for the current currency. As a result, the color of some countries will change from yellow to red. Ox1997cow (talk) 17:04, 6 July 2021 (UTC)
