Is it the policy of the Commons to use non-English lettering? I daresay many more users of this website know English than know Russian, and more Russian readers can understand English than English readers can read Russian.

It is the most logical for a Russian author, to use Russian language. Yann (talk) 09:02, 7 April 2009 (UTC)
