Jamie became affiliated with Coleman Lew & Associates in 2008. She has managed a number of leadership development projects, including assessment for selection and executive team building. As a consultant, Jamie has also coauthored behavioral event interview guides for a major national retailer and assisted in the design of executive assessment centers for Coleman Lew clients.

She received a BA in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she also earned her MA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She is certified in a number of personality and motivational assessments. Jamie has a background in human resources, having previously worked as a Human Resource Representative for GDX Automotive and received her PHR (Professional in Human Resources certification). Before entering Human Resources, Jamie was a Retail Store Manager for Liz Claiborne Shoes.
