Commons:Deletion requests: To list a page or file for deletion:

1. Add {{Deletion request}} to the top of the image, category or article page. (For templates, use {{Templatedeletionrequest}}.)
2. Notify the uploader on their talk page. You can use {{idw|IMAGE NAME}} on user's talk page.
3. List the image at the bottom of Template:Deletion requests using the following template:
