You've stumbled upon my neck of Wikimedia. I'm an aspiring photographer, but by no means a professional. I'm barely a beginning amateur. But overall, I enjoy taking pictures and admiring great photography. I'm drawn almost exclusively to nature photography.

I started out with a Canon PowerShot S70, which at the time was a nice point-and-shoot model. It was enough to get me interested in photography and pursue a DSLR. I now currently use a Canon EOS 350D, and even though I have the kit lens, I almost exclusively use a 70-300mm f4-5.6 IS USM lens.

I've created this account on the Commons for the purposes of sharing the pictures I've taken that I particularly like. They may not be up to the standards of Quality Images or Feature Pictures; they are strictly the images I like for whatever reason, and wanted to share.
