Carolina Stewart is a Canadian citizen born in Romania, who has been a professional puppeteer for over 20 years. In her native country she performed in a variety of puppet (marionette) shows and also, participated with the theater she worked for to many international puppetry festivals. In Italy she received the First Prize along with her colleagues for the tale "Capra cu trei iezi" (The goat with three baby goats). She currently resides in the US, where she kept her passion for puppetry alive, by building her own marionettes, performing on Third Street Promenade and in many child related events, meanwhile doing charity shows for war veterans at the West Los Angeles Hospital.
