My real name is Dorian Bodnariuc, and I live in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. I am a former barista, and an eternal coffee lover. I love to write about coffee on my website BrewEspressoCoffee.com. My main interests revolve around coffee preparation, specialty coffee, and coffee research, and I have a modest participation as a Wikipedia editor. Here is my Wikipedia profile.
