This user account is a pywiki-based bot operated by Colazivi (talk).
It is not a sock puppet, but rather an automated or semi-automated account for making repetitive edits that would be extremely tedious to do manually.

- Task: Uploading updated versions of my operator's maps. No new files or pages are created.
- Mode of operation: Automatic
- When: It usually checks for updates once a day and updates the maps if needed.
- Maximum edit rate: Less than 5 per minute. At the moment there should not be more than 10 edits a day (except for testing under close monitoring)
